Is the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Really Important?
There's a couple of levers that federal policy can play in ensuring that there's the kind of oil abundance that allows for stability, price stability. One thing you've talked a lot about is use of the strategic petroleum reserve as a way to create some price stability. And I'm curious if you could talk a little bit about why that's important and also maybe why it's controversial if it is.
