Vern Harnish: I had a really hard time getting the difference between those. The general operating principles, one of the things that i feel fits this really well. This is not specific stuff, but it's a bunch of guide lines that the employees can use to make their own decisions. But tim ferris has one of those guiding principles where if you can solve the customers problem for under a hundred dollars, just do it right.
