Vulnerability is a general human condition, not a particular problem of a leader. Some people who are scared of vulnerability because they're scared that their organization doesn't do that well or it's not accepti their rganization. But i also think sometimes leader don't really have a sense of what vulnerability is. We see this in the safety area all the time. Ordinates lie rather than upset the boss. So vulnerability, to meis, is ignorance. The word is unfortunately, very powerful, negative sounding,. Because vulnerability implies somehow that i now have less power, people can now do things to me.
