The OAuth threat framework is like 60 pages. I recently did something for this with government, which will come out in a few months. It starts with things like XSS and CSPs and you need to care for that. So just don't get eaten without knowing what you're getting yourself into. And yeah, if you think you can do it, sure, but there are dragons there.
