What's a Mist Specification?

We're working on a mist specification of what wold be called mistin. What can we pass, not just in sphinx, but with other kinds of parsons? So one of the things been working on says, this jarvascript application. There's multiple implementations at that. And you cant integrate et into an application if you wonder to.
