Cost of Living Debate in the Political Context

There was majority support for all of the forms of cost of living relief. But there is a 20 point spread between at the bottom end, changing industrial laws and capping electricity and gas prices. So one of my explanations for that, Paul, is that some of the issues don't have a political home. They're more polarized rather than non non partisan measures.
