Golf australia junior academy runs sessions where players work on mobility, flexibility and strength. Athletes spend at least 50% of their time working on movement and coordination skals. They are also tested every eight to ten weeks as well for fitness levels. The aim is that the young golfers will be better able to take on information regarding the golf skills.
