The first takeaway would be the idea of a worthy model, someone who is worthy of modeling and following. When you're on social media, when the standard you have for your own life, the measuring stick you have begins to be other people. And so how do you motivate yourself if you can't compare yourself to other people? This is where the morning formula comes from: You want to grow in a way that's healthy. The second takeaway was actually looking at those valleys as valuable data, not just a low point.
