Are We Creating a Full Workforce?

We are creating a full work force where it's almost impossible for a family to function in the way it did 70 years ago, with one parent home and a guidance of the entire family structure. And you can't do it, part of it economically. You can't live on two incomes. It's kind of the myth of the modern world that we're so affluent. But we're really affluent in the sense that re not doing things that we used to do at home. We need two incomes to get that minimum viability, economic vi ability.
