The more you rehearse it, the calmer you're going to feel when you do it again. Practice, prompts and put yourself in the physical situation will make you feel a lot better. I'm not sure if it's an attachment style trauma or if I'm just super busy, mum of two boys that I can't find the energy to address this with him when it happens. It has now become a cycle and I'm exhausted, stroking his ego. Can you help me understand why I do this?
