COVID Burnout

"I feel that this is going to be a next public health disaster of the decades to come and we need to do something about it now," she says. "We also need to focus on prevention of disease so we don't overwhelm our healthcare systems again" She's worried about burnout in those who work in healthcare, but things have been happening from the ground up to help make that better.
