The Benefits of Campus Board Training

Campus training is not for everybody. But if you are strong enough to campus with good form, then nothing else develops high end power like campus training. As a runner, your heart is more effective at circulating the metabolic byproducts being generated in your climbing muscles out of your climbing muscles. So running helps build a resistance to fatigue that you accumulate throughout a long day of climbing. And on to the 10th back to basics exercise or activity, and it is flexibility training.
