The most valuable aspect of a workout or training is not the calory burn, but rather the adaptations. Ikei to me, it's just as common as the eating too much,. Is that somebody who has done this up and down for so long, and their body has slowly, slowly slowed this metabolism down. We're going to go into a heavier weight phase with lower raps than we did before. Or i'm going to change the exercises a bit in some of these other exercises sometimes. That's what i would do, as i would see the volume reduced from reducing the strength. Why isso impactful? Because when you do this don't think about how many calories are involved
