If your primary residence is your only asset, you want to start making moves so that you can start buying actual, real assets to grow your wealth over time. You talk about getting a job as a young person, maybe in high school or starting off in college. And i highly recommend that they do have a part time job, or at least a job in the summer, when they're not in school full time. It will help accelerate their journey towards early fie like you mention. Because one of the levers is to earn more money.
