The Pain of Asynchronous Communication
There's an inherent expectation of synchronous communication in Slack. Even if you say these tools support asynchronous communication, the fact that it's all very real time means it's tough to do. It's just hard to roll back that expectation even though someone could respond right away and sometimes does respond right away but they might not always. There's a bunch of other stuff in here.
