Do We Need This Third Party?

Do we need this sort of post-secondary system that trains people in skills? Well, I don't think it's so much of a question of if we need it. We're in a moment right now where employees have a lot of power to demand things from employers. And so innovation on the hiring front may look like incorporating more training within those organizations.
