How to Play Games at 30 FPS on a Console

Some people believe that 30 FPS on a console is somehow magically better than 30 FPS on PC. That's just not true at all because again, they are the same thing. I feel like the PS5 is backwards compatible. Right now my PS5 is basically a PS4 emulator. The PS5 is just a PC that you can run less software on. Yeah. 60 is not good, but it's tolerable. 30 is rough. Unless it's some game where it's a grand strategy where the only thing that's moving is your cursor.
