Intel 471 Chief Intelligence Officer Mike DeBolt worked for Interpol. He traced the North Korean connection with Big Boss on dark web sites. "Big Boss" had a lot of aliases and used at least 20 different handles that he used. The whole point is to build trust, which is not easy in a world largely inhabited by criminals.
