How to Automate Follow Ups

There's follows up twice and then we're actually creating a campaign. The details is anybody that said that they were a five star on the phone call that didn't fill one out, we're going to send out a second follow up sometime in between 45 and 60 days after closing. It's going to be very low pressure. And I'll probably throw something in there that says, listen, if you're not comfortable, no pressure because that's, again, just my personality.
