How Do You Decide When It's Time to Move on From Personal Management to Team Management?

I would prefer currently that the point i am is not to have a team. What will change in my system depends on how and what they do. The way i because i'm very i like, i like control. I like having enough that i i know what's going on. Ther is not one thing about my life right now that i would change. There just isn't. And that's just one of those things that helps me move forwards every day.
