The Best Cry I've Ever Heard

The Miami-Dade Police Department in Florida was called to the rescue of an unconscious three year old boy after a car crash. Despite heroic efforts, the father was unable to get the boy out of the car even after Good Samaritan saw the accident and tried to help. He had to stand by helplessly as cops, perform CPR on his son. Body camera footage that has now been released of the February 27th accident. Officers can be seen rushing into the murky water to free the toddler.
