The Case of April Tinsley's Murder

April Tinsley was kidnapped and murdered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her body was found 14 years later with DNA taken from it. In 1990, a teenage boy made a bone-chillin discovery near the intersection of St. Joe's Center and Schwartz Roads. The message had been scrawled on a barn that read: I kill April Tinsley, I will kill again. A series of handwritten notes were discovered having been stuffed into mailboxes or stuck to bicycles of innocent children. Police believe they have an image of her killer thanks to advances in DNA profiling technology.
