Audit your behavior against the corps values and use these as a guiding set of values that bring you back in line to where you should be. The persona of a brand is created by how well you audit your team and yourself consistently. You're not going to automatically do all these things one at a time; you're going to find yourselves off track. And learning how to communicate with people who are 'off track' isn't an easy task.
