When you see something like cash flow fall below 30%, I know it could be very contextual on the firm, but what are some of the symptoms that you typically see? Is it pricing as a packaging? Is it workflow? Is it all the above sometimes? Sometimes it's all the above. It's usually one or two big things. The other thing that I see is pretty common is a firm will try to be too many things to too many people. That's been an experience as the profitability tends to suffer.
