The Importance of Training
I think what you've got to do is it's kind of think about, you know, what's the kind of bang for your buck there? So there is some training. There is some training that will soak up your entire budget and leave you as just kind of one certificate. And I think that's a little kind of premature when you know you can do free certificates in basically every area of cybersecurity. But again, person myself, I spent my own degree and that degree, I will die with that degree. Like, as simple as that, it will never expire.
