The Power of Breathing Work

I love hearing about people's morning routines. Can you share what you're doing currently? Yes. I've moved back on to C.S.T. key, which is this absolutely beautiful beach. And as the sun comes up, I do some sun gazing and then I do some breathwork. So typically when one does these forms of breathwork, there's some more intense breathing followed by a breathhold and a stillness. When you get to that level of stillness, it's a great opportunity to kind of do some prayer and some gratitude practice.
