Do you find the like arms race story more plausible in the like corpora versus like country story or how much of your arms race concern is driven by by one narrative over the other? I think I'm skeptical of both narratives maybe I'm skeptical for different reasons somewhat though I think they're somewhat the same Reasons to slow down something which seems really dangerous is quite obvious.
