Rainbows and Unicorns Is a Session IPA

When we first grew this beer in 2015, it probably was around 4.8%. It's not truly a session IPA below 5%. On the nose, I'm getting what I think that I've seen you describe at the Slabtown location is white gummy beer. And there's also just a little bit of bitterness, but it drinks like an IPA. You see, you have to see that honeymoon phase with a new beer. With rainbows, we went through that when it was 4.84.9. We want to actually bring this in to kind of a 5.5% range.
