US Drug Enforcement agents allege that the premiere of this island paradise agreed to a drug smuggling scheme of huge proportions. Andrew Foreman was lured to Miami and arrested after checking a $700,000 down payment on a drug scheme that could have netted him $120 million. That's about 10% of the British Virgin Islands GDP. The islands he left behind are bewildered. They see, instead, a long-running experiment in post-colonial government. An experiment that went belly up under the arm's length supervision of Britain's last foreign secretary, its new prime minister, Liz Truss.
