Don't do the same thing for more than three weeks and like you said progressive overload make sure that one of those sets is either heavier than the most you've ever done or more reps. You're probably going to make some progress. There's people that are still wandering through the through the woods with a flashlight just looking for answers. Oh that's the majority in all honesty the vast majority are people doing exactly that. They get caught up on diminution and getting caught up on the stuff that doesn't really matter and not looking at the big picture stuff.
