Nail art is a co-op of our culture. When they have their nails on, it's ghetto. It's trashy. It's black women not being professional. For me, it's like, but how come Cardi B can't show her fashion through her nails? She grew up in New York, a class system. I'm pretty sure she's had nail salons on every single corner that she's ever been to. Probably start getting her nails done at 10 years old. And then she was an exotic dancer.
