I think some of these structures are able because, again, people always want more flexibility. At the end of the day, the market place is moving more towards on demand talent. And so companies are going to have to find ways to retain talent. The exact ways that they do, i think, are hard to predict. But the idea that the benefits will change, i think it's inevitable.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
