We Need to Fire the Administrative State

We need to fire the administrative state. It is the biggest threat to this country, in my opinion. The swamp does not convey the slime and putrescence of the corruption contry. I don't think you can fire em, though, i agree that it's a problem for sure. But we should cycle them outin almost all two years, rather than come e like to morrow. My question is, who or who is filling in the ranks, even if he down sizes the government, who is coming ind to replace them?
