The Importance of Fan Service in New Games

There is a lot of like dad hate in the Diablo community because I think people want this, you know, they're very specific about the things that they want changed about the game. And then for every time that happens, you'll just have like some dad who gets to play for like two hours a week, chiming in saying, I'm having a great time.
