Change Management, Is It Harder Than Data Science?
Change management is harder than the data science itself. I think everybody ends up learning that the hard way, but we could argue from a change management perspective. Even then, it makes sense to have them as part of the discussion because then there's some psychological buy-in for when it actually hits the ground too. The technology can't tell you exactly how to work with human beings and to get them to be proud of their work.
