Breathing Deeply From the Diaphragm

The most important thing to do, and this is where the aged old piece of advice comes into play, is to breathe deeply from the diaphragm. What happens when we're nervous, as we tend to start breathing from the chest? I'm literally running out of air because there's no breath to support me. It's a horrible place to be. So slowing your breathing down, deepening it and taking your time will stand you in good stead. Think two or three deep breaths before walking into an exam room, or before walks into an oural exam clar.
