Is Existential Inertia Existentially Present?

Presentism is an idea that existence and to be present are very close ideas to each other, if not identical. There's some continuity between the idea of God's eternality and the idea of the present presented in the argument. In its bare bones designation, the notion of the present could be operative here in the idea of a basic possession or expression of existence. But there'll be more on this later.
