How to Build a Man From the Inside Out

There's sort of this decline amongst young men who have trouble with these things. Why do we have such a hard time with soft skills like selling or persuading? I think it just hasn't been taught. Young girls today are cruder than young men were in my age. It's gotten that bad. And while you want, I do start with the soft skills. I try to start building someone from the inside out because that's the only way it can be done.
