The Suicidal Revolt of the Jews

The Jewish revolt had surprising successes for a while from 66 until the 9th of August 70. But being crushed was just not only predictable, but inevitable. The Catholic Church exists today and it claims to be 2000 years old. And it claims that Jesus is its origin - this first century rabbi. It's the fulfillment of that prophecy.
