How Do We Structure a Training Week?
structure is really important. And that's where you need to be liaising with your, with your coach as to, you know, I can't do this session. It's just not a matter of moving things to the next day. So if fatigue levels are going to be high, but you want to make sure that you're not going to actually go backwards because you've put yourself into a whole while in training sessions. When you get to the race, you actually can't even race because you're so fatigued. We don't really want to use a word intensity. We want to use the sessions at a causing fatigue.
