GraphQL Is Not Rest

rest or at least HTTP with resources as you said is really the most popular way definitely by far of developing APIs. I think what I get irritated with is when people say well rest sucks because of this particular thing and you find it actually has nothing to do with rest It's just the way people have been implementing like stereotypical implementation pattern so though GraphQL community like GraphQL is great because you can aggregate all these different resources behind your single API but there's a lot of focus on empowering developers to consumers to say you just pick the elements you want and away you go.
