We Do Righteous Works, but It Is God That Saves
The Book of Mormon sits squarely in this tradition that yes, we do righteous works but it is God that saves. You can also see in some of these chapters that the New Testament authors gained great inspiration from Isaiah 64 verse 4. And I really like these verses, this great intercessory prayer where the prophet Isaiah is pleading that God remember them and that somehow they are able to rebuild this temple.
