"There's going to be a learning curve any time you're in a new situation," she says. "I started hunting for jobs on all the normal things, i guess... and like dan and flex jobs and dice." She also learned how to cater her resome to every job that she was applying for. 'It was hard to continue to be motivated to find something new when i was not getting any interviews'

Cheri was feeling unfulfilled and wanted to change careers, but when she looked through job listings, she felt like she didn’t have the qualifications to make a change she would enjoy.
