High-end specialty coffee is almost becoming pop culture in a way. The education side of the normal consumer is so high now and appreciation levels are so high that it's been a nice easy landing pad for high quality roasters. Our hardest coffee questions that come to our educators and comms team are not actually from the industry anymore. They're from the accountant that buys $400 in one's to understand the most minuscule aspect of extraction ratio.
