Is There a War Without Borders?

I think it's very naive of us to think that increasing our weaponry, increasing our powers is actually going to protect us. We are in a situation now where, in a sense, it is war without borders,. at least for the wealthy powers. I would develop things like drones and so on. The important thing is that violence itself circulates. If we do targeted assassinations, if we do that, then of course other powers have the right to do it back to us.
