The Coming Race by Edward Bulwer-Litten by Helena Blavatsky

Blavatsky's last book is based in large part on a mix of Bailey's work and that novel, The Coming Race by Edward Bulwer-Litten. While he'd envisioned this underground master race as being like potential conquerors, she saw sees them as benevolent spirit guides. She quotes his works extensively no less than 22 times and credits him with having discovered the truth, or at least part of it about Atlantis.
