People have an intuitive or an implicit belief that if I just do whatever the work means, at some point I'll be done. As your competency grows, that inner whisper in you will call you to bigger things. There's a great story that's worth sharing from about Leonidas. He selected 300 Spartans to go to the hot gates at Thermopylae and stand to the last man to hold back the advance of the Persian king Xerxes.
