Climbing a Long Time, Isn't It?

You can't will away all those things that we have to go through when we're out on the crag climbing our limit. The training is largely irrelevant how you train, it's about being aware of your environment and looking at how the conditions change. You know which sections you focus on and which links you decide to do, and how long you then rest. Just climb like an outer body experience - just don't worry about what kind of mind set you are in. Get the thumb foothold, get the next handhold; the problem isn't the mind set but convincing yourself that you're in the right place.
