What Would Your Ideal Winter Break Look Like?

If we were to be able to get like a full two week winter break, what would your ideal winter break look like? I feel like there's two sides of me that would want to pull me in two different directions. Something that I love about the end of the year is journaling and trying to kind of map out the next year of my life. So I think that kind of motivation really for me comes in like December timeframe.
