i think also as educators in a role that i play as a leader and maybe not someone who's in the classroom every day is to really disrupt those harmful statements. have heard educators say or make assumptions about families that they have no idea um what the family may be going throughWhat the barriers are so i'm constantly hearing it constantly vigilant for kind of these these statements that people think don't you know i'm just saying this thing or like this is my opinion or i'm just frustrated about it but you know language is powerful so we have to really think about how we're talking about caregivers.
